JD turns 1!!! Forest Hills Family Photography

Honestly, does it get cuter than JD?  This little guy was so amazing to photograph- he was cute, quick, funny and everything you can hope for in subject matter!  Well maybe not so quick!

When it was time to shoot, JD’s Mom asked me if I would like to see JD’s habitat.  It took me a second but then I got it! HABITAT!!  I love it- so much better than nursery or baby’s room!

When I walked in I could not believe the floor to ceiling windows in the habitat.  I said “Wow” and Mom giggled and said that was JD’s 3rd word, right after Mom and Dad.  No wonder!  How amazing that this little guy can look out the window so easily!

When baby is on the move you have to capture those little toes in a whole new way!

JD then went into his little green tent!  He was so proud in there and totally hammed it up for the camera!

In the living room JD played a serious and fast round of peek a boo with Mom using the table to hide, it was quite the challenge to capture those little legs and hand as he popped up and down!

As he should, JD gave me and my camera some serious consideration, or was he resting before he zoomed off again?

As we were heading outside, Mom put JD in some LEVIS!!!!  And just when I thought he couldn’t get any cuter he did….

How perfect are these old little doors in Forest Hills?

 

“Oh a leaf!”

“I love this little leaf SO much!”

“Oh a new leaf!” (notice the other leaf being dropped!)  This is what I love about kids- they are full of so much pure joy and wonder!
