Susannah Gill, photographed our lovely spring wedding on April 13, 2018 at the Piedmont Community Center. Susannah is a true artist. She knows exactly what shots to take and makes each picture tell a story. She is fast on her feet and extremely organized. She captured family pictures quickly and effortless. Our unruly families were so happy to finish the family photo shoot with plenty of time to enjoy the party and so pleased with the final images we received. Susannah didn't even break a sweat!

Every element of our wedding including the detail in the handmade napkin rings, and the candy apple tree were captured through her work. My husband and I are forever grateful that Susannah shared her gift of photography with us. Our wedding day will always live on through her beautiful picture

I think we won the lottery finding Susannah Gill to photograph our wedding! My hope is that everyone can be as satisfied with their photographer as we were with Susannah. Susannah is professional, meticulous, thorough, creative, and patient. She took the time to visit the wedding venue on her own because she had never been there before. She was proactive in identifying good places for pictures, as well as helping with the timeline of our big day. We had a huge bridal party and Susannah was organized and assertive. Where do I begin... Susannah has an amazing eye for the world and brings out the joy in every moment not only through her photography, but her personality as well. I cannot be more thankful to have found someone who is not just your wedding photographer but an artist that captures the subtle emotions in any moment. First of all, it should be mentioned that Susannah has done not one, not two, but three weddings of some of my closest friends, so I already had the pleasure of seeing her and her partner-in-crime (her husband Greg) in action on multiple occasions, and the result of their amazing (and consistently gorgeous) work. So it was really a no-brainer when it came to choosing her as our wedding photographer for our June 2015 wedding in Mill Valley. From the get-go she was easy to work with: great communication, willing to answer my (MANY) questions, and worked with us to set up a great game-plan and wedding package, which included engagement and day-of wedding photos. Susannah is a big ball of energy, and yet has a calm nature about her.

My husband and I aren't big on getting our photo taken, and often feel awkward in front of the camera -- but she made us feel comfortable, and even made the process enjoyable! Truly a pleasure to work with. As far as our photos go--they were gorgeous, and her turnaround time is very fast. She sends a sneak peak of photos not long after your wedding, which is a lot of fun to look at when you are still on that post-wedding high. Of course, everything she produced was lovely. We were married up in the redwoods and she even scoped out the most beautiful and unique backdrops in advance for our photos. She has a very photojournalist style about her, which is what we absolutely wanted and loved. We really feel like her photos captured the essence of our day--all of the details, the emotions, the scenery. And yet, we barely noticed her in action... a real pro! She is worth every penny, and I would highly recommend Susannah and Greg to any couple looking for a top-notch photographer. We hope to someday work with her again as our newly-formed family grows.
