Folsom Lake engagement photography- Sarah & Derek

 

You know when you meet people for the first time but it feels like you have known them for years already? Well, that’s exactly how it was when I first met Sarah & Derek for coffee. We met to see if we would be a good fit for their wedding. Well, spoiler alert, before our cups were empty I was hired and I couldn’t be more thrilled!  These love birds are getting married at the Sequoia Mansion in Placerville, a venue that is not only beautiful but the weddings there are run by such pros! The team at the mansion does such an amazing job if you are looking for a venue in this neck of the woods!

Sarah has two children that came along for the engagement shoot. Like Sarah and Derek, they were easy-going and super fun to photograph!  They also made  “Ugh gross” comments every time Sarah & Derek kissed-it was hysterical and had us all laughing during their engagement photo adventure at Folsom Lake.

Sarah & Derek I cannot wait for your wedding! You guys are so much fun and I have a feeling your wedding will be quite the celebration!
