Family Love ~ Ocean Beach, Fire Island Portrait Photography

This is the third year in a row I have photographed this family!  Portrait sessions with this crew are the epitome of what I call labor of love!  Mom and Dad are head over heels for each other, big sister is sweet and curious and the little one- all boy!!!!  Every year it gets better and better!!!!  Can you guess where our little guy learned that adorable foot position?

Honestly, how sweet?  These two are a great big sister-little brother match!

If I only could document this child for the rest of her life…how  amazing would that be?  My camera loves her!!  This year was especially fun because for the first time she had some photography ideas too!

This image speaks to me for many reasons, the most obvious one being the brother-sister relationship.  But what I also adore about this is how it reflects children during the summer. Take the big sister’s wrist, all those bracelets, you know she made them at camp!  And I would bet that come the first week of school that possibly those were cut off.  Those hand made bracelets…such a sign of summertime.
